Farmer & Supplier Vetting
We work only with established farmers and aggregators in Gujarat who meet our baseline quality standards. New suppliers undergo a thorough evaluation before being onboarded.
Pre-Procurement Inspection
Samples are drawn from each lot before procurement. We assess moisture content, colour, foreign matter, and product-specific parameters before approving a batch.
Processing & Cleaning
Products undergo cleaning, grading, and drying at certified processing facilities. We ensure compliance with food safety standards for each commodity.
Third-Party Lab Testing
Critical parameters — pesticide residue, heavy metals, aflatoxin, microbiological counts, and moisture — are tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Certificates are provided with every shipment.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
A final check is conducted before loading — verifying quantity, packaging integrity, labelling accuracy, and match against buyer specifications.
Documentation
Quality certificates, lab reports, and phytosanitary certificates accompany every shipment and are shared with buyers before dispatch.
